Unidentified Class Member definition

Unidentified Class Member means a member of the Settlement Class for whom the Settlement Administrator has not been able to identify a postal address that it determines is reasonably likely to be the current place of residence for such member of the Settlement Class.

  • Affected Class has the meaning specified in Section 2.24(a).
