Unit Grant definition

Unit Grant means an Award of an unrestricted Unit.
Unit Grant means a grant of Class B Units not subject to restrictions or other forfeiture conditions.
Unit Grant means a grant pursuant to this Plan of one or more Units, subject to such terms and conditions as the applicable Grant Agreement may provide.

Examples of Unit Grant in a sentence

  • Each Stock Unit Agreement shall specify the number of Shares to which the Stock Unit Grant pertains and shall be subject to adjustment of such number in accordance with Section 9.

  • In the case of a Performance Unit Grant, the Participant shall be entitled to receive payment for each unit earned in an amount equal to the dollar value of each unit times the number of units earned.

  • The terms of the grant are subject to the terms of the Plan and this Performance Unit Grant Agreement (this “Agreement”), which includes Attachment A hereto.

  • Each Restricted Stock Unit Grant Notice shall incorporate by reference and be subject to this Statement of Terms and Conditions and together both documents shall constitute the Restricted Stock Unit Agreement.

  • Such Deferred Share Unit Grant Letter shall be subject to all applicable terms and conditions of this Plan and may be subject to any other terms and conditions (including without limitation any recoupment, reimbursement or claw-back compensation policy as may be adopted by the Board from time to time) which are not inconsistent with this Plan and which the Board deems appropriate for inclusion in a Deferred Share Unit Grant Letter.

Related to Unit Grant

  • Deferred Stock Unit means a right granted to a Participant under Article 9 to receive Shares (or the equivalent value in cash or other property if the Committee so provides) at a future time as determined by the Committee, or as determined by the Participant within guidelines established by the Committee in the case of voluntary deferral elections.

  • Deferred Stock means a right to receive a specified number of shares of Stock during specified time periods pursuant to Article 8.

  • Unit Award means a grant of a Unit that is not subject to a Restricted Period.

  • Performance Stock Unit means a right granted to a Participant pursuant to Section 8.2, to receive Stock, the payment of which is contingent upon achieving certain Performance Goals or other performance-based targets established by the Committee.

  • Restricted Stock Unit means a bookkeeping entry representing an amount equal to the Fair Market Value of one Share, granted pursuant to Section 8. Each Restricted Stock Unit represents an unfunded and unsecured obligation of the Company.

  • Restricted Stock Units means an Award of stock units subject to such restrictions and conditions as the Administrator may determine at the time of grant.
