If an adjustment is made in accordance with the preceding sentence, the Unit of Trading for all such adjusted series of Options or similar instruments shall remain unchanged for purposes of determining the aggregate Exercise Price of the Option or similar instrument and for purposes of determining the premium for any such instrument purchased and sold.
Outstanding transactions other than those covering Options or similar instruments will be adjusted to replace such Underlying Interest with such fixed amount of cash as the Underlying Interest, and the Unit of Trading shall remain unchanged.
