Unit week definition
Unit week means a number of consecutive days, normally seven consecutive days in duration, which may reasonably be assigned to purchasers of vacation time sharing plans by the seller.
Unit week or “Time Share Estate” means a period of ownership in a unit committed to Interval Ownership:
Unit week means specific fee simple interval ownership interests or other occupancy rights, each consisting primarily of a seven (7) day occupancy period in a type of Unit at a Club Resort legal title to which was conveyed to the Club by the applicable ILX Sellers or Borrower subsequent to the Closing Date pursuant to a special warranty deed and more particularly described in the then current Declaration of Annexation attached to the Club Membership Plan.

Unit week. Unit Type: Fixed Time Floating Time of Lakeshore Reserve Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 9741 at Page 2312 in the Public Records of Orange County, Florida, and any amendments thereof (“Declaration”).
Unit week means one week of use in one of the residences located on one of the seven lots surrounding the PARK when one of such lots and improvements located thereon has been subjected to a plan of interval ownership by the DEVELOPER.
