Club Resort means an Affiliated Resort or any resort or other facility available through an Affiliated Collection.

Club Resort means a discrete part or discrete parts of the Club Property in a distinct and particular geographical location and includes Club Apartments and associated Common Property and Related Property which are part of Club Property and includes such other Club Property as the Responsible Entity determines;

  • However, upon termination of such instrument, all confirmed reservations of Club Members (from the terminating Club Resort and from the non-terminating Club Resorts) will be honored at both the terminating Club Resort and at non-terminating Club Resorts.

  • Resort Site means those parts of Burswood Island as are-
