Membership Card means a card issued by the Club to indicate membership of a Membership Scheme.
HACCP plan means a written document that delineates the formal procedures for following the hazard analysis and critical control point principles developed by the National Advisory Committee on Microbiological Criteria for Foods.
Profit Sharing Plan means a profit-sharing plan that is qualified pursuant to 26 U.S.C. § 401 of the Internal Revenue Code and subject to the Employee Retirement Income Security Act, and which provides for employer contributions in the form of cash, but not in the form of stock or other equity interests in a Medical Marijuana Business.
membership dues means the dues established pursuant to the constitution of the Alliance as the dues payable by its members as a consequence of their membership in the Alliance, and shall not include any initiation fee, insurance premium, or special levy;
Urban renewal plan means a plan, as it exists from time to time, for an urban renewal project, which plan shall be sufficiently complete to indicate such land acquisition, demolition and removal of structures, redevelopment, improvements, and rehabilitation as may be proposed to be carried out in the urban renewal area, zoning and planning changes, if any, land uses, maximum density and building requirements.
Membership Unit means an outstanding common membership unit of the LLC.
Metropolitan Region Scheme or “Scheme” has the meaning ascribed to that expression in the Scheme Act;
Business Benefit Plan means each Benefit Plan that is contributed to, sponsored, maintained or entered into by Seller or a Retained Subsidiary, a Purchased Subsidiary or any Affiliate of any of them for the benefit of any Business Employee.
Club means a club for the time being in membership of the Competition.
COLA means a percentage-based general wage increase adjustment provided in accordance with this Memorandum of Agreement. COLA is an upward adjustment applied to and folded into all wage rates. The "annualized average of BC CPI over twelve months” (AABC CPI) means the Latest 12-month Average Index % Change reported by BC Stats in March for British Columbia for the twelve months starting at the beginning of March in the preceding year and concluding at the end of the following February. The “Latest 12-month Average Index”, as defined by BC Stats, is a 12-month moving average of the BC consumer price indexes of the most recent 12 months. This figure is calculated by averaging index levels over the applicable 12 months. The Latest 12-month Average Index % Change is reported publicly by BC Stats in the monthly BC Stats Consumer Price Index Highlights report. The BC Stats Consumer Price Index Highlights report released in mid-March will contain the applicable figure for the 12-months concluding at the end of February. The percentage change reported by BC Stats that will form the basis for determining any COLA increase is calculated to one decimal point. For reference purposes only, the annualized average of BC CPI over twelve months from March 1, 2021 to February 28, 2022 was 3.4%.
Membership Agreement means an agreement in the form of the Gas Supply Hub Membership Agreement in schedule 1.
Member Club means any past or present member club of the NFL or any past member club of the American Football League.
PEBB means the public employees benefits board.
BCDR Plan means the plan consisting of general business continuity and disaster recovery principles, the Business Continuity Plan and Disaster Recovery Plan as further described in paragraph 1.2 of Schedule 2- 14.
Savings Plan or "plans" means a plan that provides different investment strategies and allows account distributions for qualified higher education expenses.
Community Contribution Company means a corporation formed under the laws of British Columbia that includes in its articles the following statement:
Membership means the definition of that term under section 6 as in effect for the particular fiscal year for which a particular calculation is made.
Company 401(k) Plan shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.09(e).
Membership Units means the limited liability company interests in the Company held by the Members, expressed as a number of units held by each Member and set forth opposite such Member's name on Schedule I attached hereto, as amended, modified or supplemented from time to time.
Membership Rights means all of the rights of a Member in the Company, including a Member’s: (a) Interest; (b) right to inspect the Company’s books and records; (c) right to participate in the management of and vote on matters coming before the Company; and (d) unless this Operating Agreement or the Certificate of Formation provide to the contrary, right to act as an agent of the Company.
COP means the conference of the parties to the Convention;

Plan for moderate income housing means a written document adopted by

EHC plan means an Education, Health and Care plan made under sections 37(2) of the Children and Families Act 2014.
