United States authorities definition

United States authorities means the authority or authorities designated as such by the United States Government for the purposes of this regulation;
United States authorities means the authority or authorities from time to time designated as such by the United States Government for the purposes of these regulations;
United States authorities means the authority or authorities from time to time authorised or designated by the Government of the United States of America for the purpose of exercising powers in relation to an undertaking;
