United States Treasury Rate definition

United States Treasury Rate means a rate of interest per annum equal to (rounded downward to the nearest 1/100 of one percent) the annual yield the Agent on behalf of the Lenders could obtain by purchasing on the date of repayment United States Treasury Securities with semi-annual interest payments, maturing on or about the date on which the repaid portion of the LIBOR Based Rate Loan would have matured.
United States Treasury Rate means a rate of interest per annum, equal to (rounded downward to the nearest 1/100 of 1%) the annual yield Agent could obtain by purchasing on the date of repayment of a LIBOR Rate Loan United States Treasury Securities with semi-annual interest payments, maturing on or about the last date of the corresponding Rate Period, in amounts approximately equal to that amount of the repaid portion which was applied to principal earning interest at the LIBOR Rate at the time of repayment.
