UNIVERSITY HOUSING ASSIGNMENTS definition

UNIVERSITY HOUSING ASSIGNMENTS. Student understands the Contract is for any Missouri State student housing accommodations and not a specific Residence Hall room or University Apartment. The University has the right to alter room assignments at any time. Student understands that the Student may be required to move to another University Housing room or apartment, or that a new roommate may be assigned due to student housing vacancies. In case of vacancy, Student will occupy only half of the assigned room or apartment; and if Student occupies the entire premises, Student agrees to pay the single University Housing room/apartment rate. Xxxxxxx agrees to accept any and all roommates assigned to the University Housing room or apartment. If assigned to an expanded housing/temporary room or apartment, Student’s account will be credited twenty percent (20%) of daily room rate per billable day for the length of stay in said accommodations.

  • Affordable Housing Cost means an amount satisfied by:

  • Affordable housing development means a development included in the Housing Element and Fair Share Plan, and includes, but is not limited to, an inclusionary development, a municipal construction project or a 100 percent affordable development.

  • Tube housing assembly means the tube housing with tube installed. It includes high-voltage and/or filament transformers and other appropriate elements when such are contained within the tube housing.

  • Affordable housing project means, for purposes of this part, title fourteen of article twenty seven of the environmental conservation law and section twenty-one of the tax law only, a project that is developed for residential use or mixed residential use that must include affordable residential rental units and/or affordable home ownership units.

  • Mortgage Assignment means an assignment of the Mortgage in recordable form, sufficient under the laws of the jurisdiction wherein the related Mortgaged Property is located to reflect the sale of the Mortgage.

  • Affordable housing means housing that is available at a cost low enough to meet the needs of eligible households having regard to local incomes and local house prices and which will remain at an affordable price for future eligible households or, if not, that the subsidy is recycled for alternative affordable housing provision

  • Affiliated Licensee Assignment The Broker has assigned (Selling Licensee) to work with Purchaser and (Listing Licensee) to work with Seller. Each shall be deemed to act for and represent exclusively the party to whom each has been assigned. Transaction Brokerage Disclosure Seller and Purchaser are aware that if they are not represented by a Broker they are each solely responsible for protecting their own interests. Seller and Purchaser acknowledge that the Broker may perform ministerial acts for either party as a Transaction Broker.   • prospective assignment means an assignment that is intended to be made in the future, upon the occurrence of a stated event, whether or not the occurrence of the event is certain;

  • Lease Assignments means the assignments of real property leases and subleases by and between a member of the Nuance Group, as assignor, and a member of the SpinCo Group, as assignee, in each case as set forth on Schedule XII under the caption “Lease Assignments.”

  • Multi-family housing means a building or structure that is designed to house two (2) or more different households in separate housing Units which have full kitchen facilities including oven/range, refrigerator, kitchen sink with hot and cold water supply and food storage facilities and at least one (1) full bathroom facility(s), one (1) full bedroom and one (1) living area (including a combination thereof such as studio arrangements).

  • Multifamily housing means housing accommodations designed as a residence for more than 1 family.

  • Michigan state housing development authority means the public body corporate and politic created by Section 21 of the State Housing Development Authority Act of 1966, 1966 PA 346, MCL 125.1421.

  • Insurance Assignment means the valid and effective first legal assignment of the Insurances (together with the notice thereof), to be executed by the Borrower in respect of the Vessel in favour of the Trustee and the Commercial Loan Trustee, such assignment and notice to be in the form and on the terms and conditions required by the Agent, the Hermes Agent and the Commercial Loan Agent and agreed on the signing of the Original Loan Agreement and as specified in paragraph 47 of Schedule 4;

  • Affordable housing program(s means any mechanism in a municipal Fair Share Plan prepared or implemented to address a municipality’s fair share obligation.

  • Property Management Agreement means any Property Management Agreement between the Company and the Property Manager.

  • Intellectual Property Assignments has the meaning set forth in Section 3.02(a)(iv).

  • Residential housing or "Residence" means a single-family, owner-occupied dwelling located within the State that qualifies for financing by the Authority within the meaning of the Act, the Rules and Regulations, the Code and related regulations.

  • Cooperative Apartment A dwelling unit in a multi-dwelling building owned or leased by a Cooperative, which unit the Mortgagor has an exclusive right to occupy pursuant to the terms of a proprietary lease or occupancy agreement.

  • Professional land surveyor means a professional land surveyor licensed under ch. 443.

  • Lease Assignment has the meaning set forth in Section 3.5(d).

  • Property Agreements means all agreements, grants of easements and/or rights-of-way, reciprocal easement agreements, permits, declarations of covenants, conditions and restrictions, disposition and development agreements, planned unit development agreements, parking agreements, party wall agreements or other instruments affecting the Property, including, without limitation any agreements with Pad Owners, but not including any brokerage agreements, management agreements, service contracts, Space Leases or the Loan Documents.

  • Patent Assignment each patent collateral assignment agreement pursuant to which an Obligor assigns to Agent, for the benefit of Secured Parties, such Obligor’s interests in its patents, as security for the Obligations.

  • Park Monaco Mortgage Loans The Mortgage Loans identified as such on the Mortgage Loan Schedule for which Park Monaco is the applicable Seller.

  • Residential real property means real property improved by a one to four family dwelling used or occupied, or intended to be used or occupied, wholly or partly, as the home or residence of one or more persons, but shall not refer to (a) unimproved real property upon which such dwellings are to be constructed or (b) condominium units or cooperative apartments or (c) property on a homeowners’ association that is not owned in fee simple by the seller.

  • Affordable Housing Unit means a rental unit in an affordable housing building that rents for an amount that is affordable to households at or below 60 percent of area median income, as median income was most recently determined by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development for the Minneapolis- St. Paul- Bloomington, Minnesota-Wisconsin Metropolitan Statistical Area, as adjusted for household size and number of bedrooms.
