Unreserved Spaces definition

Unreserved Spaces mean vehicular parking spaces located in the parking facilities provided for the Building which are not designated for the exclusive use of a specific tenant or for use by visitors to the Property, as the same may be relocated or redesignated from time to time by Landlord.
Unreserved Spaces. Defined in paragraph 4.11. Year: A calendar year commencing January 1 and ending December 31.
Unreserved Spaces mean vehicular parking spaces located in the parking facilities provided for the Building which are not designated for the exclusive use of a specific tenant or for use by visitors to the Property, as the same may be relocated or redesignated from time to time by Landlord. A portion of Section 31, Township 3 North, Range 5 East of the Gila and Salt River Meridian, Maricopa County, Arizona, more particularly described as follows: COMMENCING at a GLO cap at the North Quarter corner of said Section 31; thence S00001’13”E (an assumed bearing), along the East line of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 31, for a distance of 2638.99 feet to a Brass Cap at the Center of said Section 31; thence N89048’40”W, along the South line of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 31, for a distance of 1700.85 feet; thence S00006’49”W for a distance of 786.45 feet; thence WEST for a distance of 231.27 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; Thence SOUTH for a distance of 673.50 feet; thence WEST for a distance of 206.37 feet; thence NORTH for a distance of 673.50 feet; thence EAST for a distance of 206.37 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. A gross and net area containing 3.1908 acres, more or less. THIS MEMORANDUM is made and entered into as of , 200__ by and between PC 101, INC., a Delaware corporation, as Landlord, and SXC HEALTH SOLUTIONS, INC., a Texas corporation, as Tenant.

Examples of Unreserved Spaces in a sentence

  • The Unreserved Spaces shall be shared on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • The Unreserved Spaces shall be unreserved and unassigned, on those portions of the Common Area designated by Landlord from time to time for unreserved and unassigned parking.

  • With respect to the Unreserved Spaces, Tenant shall pay for such parking privileges at the prevailing monthly rates from time to time charged by the operator or operators of the Garage, for unreserved spaces whether or not such operator is an affiliate of Landlord.

  • So long as there are a sufficient number of on-site parking spaces for residents, commercial tenants, and their respective guests and visitors, Developer may lease any unused on-site parking spaces from the Unreserved Spaces and the Residential Unbundled Spaces (“Excess Spaces”) to third parties in need of parking.

  • All Tenant Parking Spaces will be available to Tenant at all times during the Term (and any period of Early Occupancy), 24-hours per day, 7 days per week; provided, however, that Tenant’s use of the Tenant Unreserved Spaces will be available on a first come, first serve basis in common with the other tenants of the Building (as provided in Section 1.3.2).

  • Lessor shall not be liable to Lessee for the failure of any of its tenants, invitees, employees, agents or customers or any third parties to comply with the designation of the Unreserved Spaces.

  • Landlord will dedicate (and appropriately designate) 12 of the Tenant Unreserved Spaces agrees for use by visitors and invitees of Tenant (“Visitor Parking Area”), and the Visitor Parking Area shall be in that portion of the Property’s surface parking area which is located closest to the Building.

  • Further, Landlord may reserve parking spaces in the surface parking areas in locations from time to time designated by Landlord, for the exclusive use of visitors to the Building and for the exclusive use of other tenants in the Building (and their respective employees, licensees and invitees), so long as any such reservation by Landlord does not decrease the total number of the Tenant Unreserved Spaces.

  • The use of the Tenant Unreserved Spaces by Tenant shall be on a first-come, first-serve basis with the other tenants of the Building, and Landlord will not permit the use of parking spaces in the surface parking area at the Property such that Tenant would not have the use of all of Tenant’s Unreserved Spaces at all times.

  • Except as caused by the negligence or willful misconduct of Landlord and without limiting the terms of the preceding sentence, Landlord shall not be liable for any loss, injury or damage to persons using the Garage, or automobiles or other property therein, it being agreed that, to the fullest extent permitted by law, the use of the Unreserved Spaces shall be at the sole risk of Tenant and its employees.

  • bicycle parking space – visitor means an area that is equipped with a bicycle rack for the purpose of parking and securing bicycles, and:

  • bicycle parking space means an area used for parking or storing a bicycle;

  • bicycle parking space – occupant means an area that is equipped with a bicycle rack, locker or bicycle stacker for the purpose of parking and securing bicycles, and:

  • stacked bicycle parking space means a horizontal bicycle parking space that is positioned above or below another bicycle parking space and equipped with a mechanical device providing floor level access to both bicycle parking spaces.

  • Parking Spaces means spaces in or portion of the Ground Floor of the Building and also open spaces at the ground level of the said premises as expressed or intended by the Developer, at their sole discretion, for parking of motor cars/two wheelers etc.

  • Outside Areas means all areas within the Property which are located outside the buildings, such as pedestrian walkways, parking areas, landscaped areas, open areas and enclosed trash disposal areas.

  • Parking Garage means a building or portion of a building, other than a private garage, that is used for the temporary parking of motor vehicles;

  • Parking Space The County shall attempt to provide adequate free parking facilities for employees within a reasonable distance of their work locations.

  • car-share parking space means a parking space that is reserved and actively used for car-sharing;

  • Grave space means a space of ground in a cemetery that is used or intended to be used for an in-ground burial.

  • Parking None unreserved vehicle parking spaces ("UNRESERVED PARKING SPACES"); and None reserved vehicle parking spaces ("RESERVED PARKING SPACES"). (Also see Paragraph 2.6.)

  • Parking Areas means those portions of the Common Areas or other areas under Landlord’s control which from time to time are designated by the Landlord for the parking of automobiles and other automotive vehicles while engaged in business upon the Premises (other than while being used to make deliveries to and from the Premises).

  • Garage shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Recital H;

  • Common Areas is defined as all areas and facilities outside the Premises and within the exterior boundary line of the Project and interior utility raceways and installations within the Unit that are provided and designated by the Lessor from time to time for the general non-exclusive use of Lessor, Lessee and other tenants of the Project and their respective employees, suppliers, shippers, customers, contractors and invitees, including parking areas, loading and unloading areas, trash areas, roadways, walkways, driveways and landscaped areas.

  • Building Square Footage or "BSF" means the square footage of assessable internal living space of a Unit, exclusive of any carports, walkways, garages, overhangs, patios, enclosed patios, detached accessory structure, other structures not used as living space, or any other square footage excluded under Government Code Section 65995 as determined by reference to the Building Permit for such Unit.

  • Tandem parking means that two or more automobiles are parked on a driveway or in any other location on a lot, lined up behind one another.

  • Parking Area means the area designated as a permitted parking area and a special parking area by the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Angus Council) Designation Order 2017; and “permitted parking area” and “special parking area” are to be read accordingly;”; and

  • mixed-use building means a building or structure containing a residential and non- residential use other than a home occupation;

  • Common Area means all areas and facilities within the Project that are not designated by Landlord for the exclusive use of Tenant or any other lessee or other occupant of the Project, including the parking areas, access and perimeter roads, pedestrian sidewalks, landscaped areas, trash enclosures, recreation areas and the like.

  • Storage Space means a space where goods of non-hazardous nature are stored and includes cold storage and banking safe vaults;

  • Parking Facility means a parking area or structure having

  • Pedestrian means any person afoot.

  • Parking Structure means a Building, or any part thereof, principally used for the parking of motor vehicles;

  • Storage area means any location, facility, or vehicle which is used to store, to transport, or to secure a radiographic exposure device, a storage container, or a sealed source when it is not in use and which is locked or has a physical barrier to prevent accidental exposure, tampering with, or unauthorized removal of the device, container, or source.

  • Building Common Areas means with respect to the Tower, the areas, facilities and amenities specified in Schedule [E] which are to be used and enjoyed in common with all the other Apartment Acquirers of the Units in the Building; and

  • Building Area means the greatest horizontal area of a building within the outside surface of the exterior walls.
