Unsecured Indentures definition

Unsecured Indentures means the indentures governing CEOC’s (a) 10.75% senior notes due 2016, (b) 10.75%/11.5% senior toggle notes due 2018, (c) 6.5% senior notes due 2016, and (d) 5.75% senior notes due 2017.

Unsecured Indentures means the indentures with respect to $125,000,000 original aggregate principal amount of 11 3/8% senior notes due 2004 and dated as of July 3, 1996; $125,000,000 original aggregate principal amount of 10 3/4% senior notes due 2005 and dated as of June 12, 1995; and$45,000,000 original aggregate principal amount of 8 5/8% 1989 Pollution Control Bonds and dated as of November 1, 1989 INTERPRETATION; APPLICATION OF DEFINITIONS AND RULES OF CONSTRUCTION. The words “herein,” “hereof,” “hereto,” “hereunder,” and other words of similar import refer to the Plan as a whole and not to any particular section, subsection, or clause contained therein. A term used herein that is not defined herein shall have the meaning assigned to that term in the Bankruptcy Code. The rules of construction contained in section 102 of the Bankruptcy Code shall apply to the Plan. The headings in the Plan are for convenience of reference only and shall not limit or otherwise affect the provisions hereof.

  • Debenture Indenture means the Indenture, dated as of December 1, 1989, between United Parcel Service of America, Inc. and Chemical Bank pursuant to which the 8-3/8% Debentures Due April 1, 2020 were issued, as in effect on the date of this Agreement (without giving effect to any amendment, supplement or other modification thereto, any repayment or covenant defeasance thereunder or any termination thereof), a copy of which is attached as Exhibit F hereto.

  • Unsecured Indebtedness means Indebtedness which is not Secured Indebtedness.
