  • Upon any forfeiture of Unvested Class A Common Stock pursuant to the terms and conditions of the applicable Restricted Stock Agreement and PubCo’s 2021 Equity Incentive Plan, PubCo shall automatically forfeit the corresponding Unvested Class A Common Units.
