Unvested Share Restrictions definition

Unvested Share Restrictions means all repurchase, cancellation, forfeiture, vesting and other conditions or restrictions applicable to an Unvested Company Share.

  • Restricted Share Unit Award means a right to receive Ordinary Shares which is granted pursuant to the terms and conditions of Section 6(b).
