Trustee Fee As to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to one-twelfth of the Trustee Fee Rate multiplied by the Pool Stated Principal Balance with respect to such Distribution Date.
Owner Trustee Fee means an annual fee equal to $3,000, payable on the Payment Date occurring in June of each year, commencing in 2017.
Trustee Fees The amount or amounts set forth in the Trustee Fee Letter.
Indenture Trustee Fee means a fee that is separately agreed to between the Master Servicer and the Indenture Trustee.
U.S. Trustee Fees means fees arising under 28 U.S.C. § 1930(a)(6) and, to the extent applicable, accrued interest thereon arising under 31 U.S.C. § 3717.
Bond Trustee Fee Agreement means the agreement entered into between the Issuer and the Bond Trustee relating among other things to the fees to be paid by the Issuer to the Bond Trustee for its obligations relating to the Bonds.
Securities Administrator Fee With respect to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the product of (a) one-twelfth of the Securities Administrator Fee Rate and (b) the Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans as of the prior Distribution Date (or as of the Cut-off Date in the case of the first Distribution Date).
Special Servicing Fee shall have the meaning given to such term in the Servicing Agreement.
Trustee Fees and Expenses As compensation for and in payment of trust expenses related to its services hereunder other than Extraordinary Trust Expenses, the Trustee will receive Trustee Fees on each Distribution Date in the amount equal to $2,000. The Trustee Fee shall cease to accrue after termination of the Trust. The "Trigger Amount" with respect to Extraordinary Trust Expenses for the Trust is $25,000 and the Maximum Reimbursable Amount is $100,000. The Trustee Fee will be paid by the Expense Administrator. Expenses will be reimbursed by the Expense Administrator in accordance with the Expense Administration Agreement. Expense Administrator: The Trustee will act as Expense Administrator on behalf of the Trust pursuant to an Expense Administration Agreement, dated as of the date of the Trust Agreement (the "Expense Administration Agreement"), between the Trustee as Expense Administrator (the "Expense Administrator") and the Trust. The Expense Administrator will receive a fee equal to $5,500 payable on each Distribution Date. The Expense Administrator Make-Whole Amount, if any, shall also be considered part of the Expense Administrator's fee hereunder and under the Expense Administration Agreement. The Amounts specified in this paragraph are also referred to as the "Expense Administrator's Fee". The Expense Administrator will be responsible for paying the Trustee Fee and reimbursing certain other expenses of the Trust in accordance with the Expense Administration Agreement.
Master Servicing Fee As to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to one-twelfth the product of (a) the Master Servicing Fee Rate and (b) the outstanding principal balance of each Mortgage Loan. Master Servicing Fee Rate: 0.00% per annum.
Trustee Fee Rate 0.0025% per annum.
Special Servicing Fees shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the Servicing Agreement or such other analogous term used in the Servicing Agreement.
Backup Servicing Fee means, as to each Distribution Date, $4,000; provided, however, that if the Backup Servicer becomes the successor Servicer, such fee shall no longer be paid.
Servicing Fee means the fee payable to the Servicer for services rendered during each Collection Period, determined pursuant to Section 4.08 of the Sale and Servicing Agreement.
Collection Agent Fee has the meaning specified in Section 6.03.
Supplemental Servicing Fee means, with respect to any Collection Period, all administrative fees, expenses and charges paid by or on behalf of Obligors, including late fees, prepayment fees and liquidation fees collected on the Receivables during such Collection Period but excluding any fees or expenses related to extensions.
Class B Noteholders’ Distribution Amount means, for any distribution date, the sum of the Class B Noteholders’ Interest Distribution Amount and the Class B Noteholders’ Principal Distribution Amount for that distribution date.
Additional Servicing Fee means, for any Collection Period, if a successor Servicer has been appointed pursuant to Section 8.2 of the Sale and Servicing Agreement, the amount, if any, by which (i) the compensation payable to such successor Servicer for such Collection Period exceeds (ii) the Monthly Servicing Fee for such Collection Period.
