Urban Centre definition

Urban Centre means the same as defined and identified in Design Regina, Official Community Plan Bylaw No. 2013-48.
Urban Centre means an incorporated city, town and village; as well as an unincorporated centre with all of the following features:
Urban Centre means those areas, declared such by the Competent Authority from time to time.
