US Swingline Note definition

US Swingline Note means a promissory note made by the US Borrowers in favor of the applicable Swingline Lender evidencing the Swingline Loans made by the applicable Swingline Lender, substantially in the form attached as Exhibit A-3, and any substitutes therefor, and any replacements, restatements, renewals or extension thereof, in whole or in part.
US Swingline Note means the promissory note made by the US Borrower payable to the order of the US Swingline Lender in the form provided by the US Administrative Agent and acceptable to the US Borrower.
US Swingline Note means each swingline note substantially in the form of Exhibit B-3 hereto.

  • Upon the request of any Lender made through the Administrative Agent, the applicable Borrower shall execute and deliver to such Lender (through the Administrative Agent) a US Revolving Credit Note, Canadian Revolving Credit Note, a US Term Loan Note, a Canadian Term Loan Note, US Swingline Note and/or Canadian Swingline Note, as applicable, which shall evidence such Lender’s Revolving Credit Loans, Term Loans and/or Swingline Loans, as applicable, in addition to such accounts or records.
