US Tranche Percentage definition

US Tranche Percentage means, with respect to any US Tranche Lender, the percentage of the total US Tranche Commitments represented by such Lender's US Tranche Commitment. If the US Tranche Commitments have terminated or expired, the US Tranche Percentages shall be determined based upon the US Tranche Commitments most recently in effect, giving effect to any assignments.
US Tranche Percentage means, with respect to any US Tranche Lender, the percentage of the total US Tranche Commitments represented by such Lender’s US Tranche Commitment. If the US Tranche Commitments have terminated or expired, the US Tranche Percentages shall be determined based upon the US Tranche Commitments most recently in effect, giving effect to any assignments.
US Tranche Percentage means, with respect to any U.S. Tranche Lender, the percentage of the total U.S. Tranche Commitments represented by such Lender’s U.S. Tranche Commitment. US Tranche Percentage means the percentage equal to a fraction the numerator of which is such Lender’s US Tranche Commitment and the denominator of which is the aggregate US Tranche Commitments of all US Tranche Lenders (if the US Tranche Commitments have terminated or expired, the US Tranche Percentages shall be determined based upon the US Tranche Commitments most recently in effect, giving effect to any assignments); provided that in the case of Section 2.22 when a Defaulting Lender shall exist, any such Defaulting Lender’s US Tranche Commitment shall be disregarded in the calculation.
