USC License definition

USC License means that certain license agreement entered into between the University of Southern California and Acumen effective as of December 28, 1999, as amended prior to the Amendment Effective Date; a copy of which is attached to this Agreement as Exhibit 1.57.
USC License means that certain License Agreement effective as of September 14, 1999 between CMI and USC.

  • This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall remain in effect for the term of any royalty obligation under Section 7.4 of this Agreement or the term of the USC License, whichever is longer, unless otherwise terminated earlier by operation of law or by acts of the Parties in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

  • USC agrees that Rubicon shall have thirty (30) days from the receipt of payments from Abbott to pay to USC any sums due to USC pursuant to the USC License, as hereby amended.

  • Specific license means a license, under requirements prescribed by the department by rule, to possess, use, manufac- ture, produce, transfer or acquire radioactive material or devices or equipment utilizing radioactive material.

  • Automatic licensure means granting the occupational licensure without an individual having met occupational licensure requirements provided under the Arkansas Code or by other provisions in these Rules.

  • FCC License means a License issued or granted by the FCC.

  • Site License means for each product, the term “Site License” shall mean the license established upon acquisition of the applicable number of copies of such product and payment of the applicable license fees as set forth in the Statement of Work.

Public library does not include a special library such as a professional, technical, or school library.

  • Exclusive License has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

  • State license means a license issued by the department that allows a person to operate a marihuana establishment.

  • Alcoholic liquor means that term as defined in section 105 of the Michigan liquor control code of 1998, 1998 PA 58, MCL 436.1105.

  • Sub-Licensee means all person/ agency with whom Licensee has executed sub license agreement as per terms and conditions of license agreement executed between DMRC and the Licensee, for commercial utilization of the Bare Spaces.

  • License Elements means the following high-level license attributes as selected by Licensor and indicated in the title of this License: Attribution, ShareAlike.

  • Intellectual Property License means any license, permit, authorization, approval, contract or consent granted, issued by or with any Person relating to the use of Intellectual Property.
