USD Amount definition

USD Amount of any currency at any date shall mean (i) the amount of such currency if such currency is USD or (ii) the equivalent in USD of such amount if such currency is any currency other than USD, calculated at the Exchange Rate, on or as of the most recent Computation Date provided for in Section 2.5.
USD Amount means in relation to a Loan, the amount specified in the Utilisation Request delivered by the Borrower for that Loan, as adjusted to reflect any repayment, prepayment, consolidation or division of a Loan.
USD Amount means in relation to a Credit granted or to be granted in USD, the amount in USD of such Credit, and in relation to a Credit granted or to be granted in another Currency, the equivalent in USD of the amount in the other currency, calculated at the offered interbank spot rate prevailing on the foreign exchange market in the business place of the relevant Bank, as to Credits already granted, on the date of each relevant Admission Form and, as to Credits requested, the date of receipt by the relevant Bank of such request.

USD Amount of any currency at any date shall mean (i) the amount of such currency if such currency is USD or (ii) the USD Equivalent of such amount if such currency is any currency other than USD, calculated on or as of the most recent Revaluation Date provided for in Section 2.5.
USD Amount means, in respect of any amount denominated in a currency other than USD, an amount equal to that amount converted into USD at the relevant Exchange Rate and, in respect of any amount denominated in USD, that amount.
USD Amount means, with respect to the Loans and any day, the amount of Dollars equal to the principal amount outstanding of the Loans on such day, converted to Dollars using the applicable Agent’s Spot Rate of Exchange – US Dollar, as determined by the Agent.

In the event the REIT Shares Amount includes rights that a holder of REIT Shares would be entitled to receive, then the value of such rights shall be determined by the General Partner acting in good faith on the basis of such quotations and other information as it considers, in its reasonable judgment, appropriate.
