Examples of Use Authorization in a sentence

  • On termination of a Use Authorization or expiration of a Subscription Term, Customer will stop accessing and using, and ServiceNow will stop providing, the Subscription Service and all related rights granted to Customer in this Agreement terminate immediately, automatically, and without notice.

  • For each Subscription Term, ServiceNow grants the access and use rights in this Section 3 to the ServiceNow Core Technology described in the applicable Use Authorization.

  • ServiceNow will have no obligation to provide products or services to Customer until it has received an executed Use Authorization.
