Use Week definition

Use Week means one of the numbered one (1)-week periods commencing atCheck in Time (no earlier than 4:00 p.m.) and ending at Check out Time (no later than 11:00 a.m.) as designated on the Use Week Calendar.

Use Week means a Use Period consisting of seven (7) consecutive days and nights during which a Member or Occupant is entitled to use and occupy an Assigned Club Accommo- dation, pursuant to the terms, provisions, and conditions of the Club Instruments and the appli- cable Component Site Instruments.

  • The Borrowers must pay all stamp, documentary, registration or other like duties or taxes (including any duties or taxes payable by any of the Banks) imposed on or in connection with any of the Underlying Documents, the Security Documents or the Loan or a Tranche and agree to indemnify the Banks or any of them against any liability arising by reason of any delay or omission by the Borrowers to pay such duties or taxes.

  • Pursuant to the provisions of this Paragraph, this Agreement may be terminated should Owner wish to terminate to: rent, use, or bank his/her Use Week with any other exchange company.

  • Work week means a seven (7) consecutive day week that consistently begins and ends on the same days throughout the year; i.e. Sunday through Saturday, Wednesday through Tuesday, Friday through Thursday.
