Use Week definition

Use Week means one of the numbered one (1)-week periods commencing at Check in Time (no earlier than 4:00 p.m.) and ending at Check out Time (no later than 11:00 a.m.) as designated on the Use Week Calendar.

  • A Fractional Time Share Owner shall be entitled to use and occupy the Vacation Unit as designated in his Deed during the specified Use Week each calendar year.

  • A Vacation Owner of a Fixed Vacation Week or a Fixed/Floating Vacation Week shall be entitled to use and occupy the Vacation Unit of the same type as designated in his Vacation Estate Special Warranty Deed ("Deed") during the specified Use Week each calendar year provided Vacation Owner is in good standing with their home resort.

  • If Use Week falls within two (2) separate monthly periods, then two (2) separate checks will be sent within sixty (60) days of interval rented.
