Use Period. The use of the Facility by the USER is restricted to the following date(s) and time(s), and is inclusive of all setup and clean up. USE DATE(S): _____________ USE TIME(S):____________
Use Period. The use period shall consist of the periods for set-up and dismantle and for presentation of the Event (“Use Period”). • The period for presentation of the Event shall commence at , on the day of , 2018, and shall terminate at , on the day of , 2021. • The period for the rehearsal shall commence at , on the day of , 2021, and shall terminate at , on the day of , 2021. • Unless otherwise agreed by the Director of the Facility (the “Director”), the set-up period of the Event shall commence no earlier than , on the day of , 2021, prior to the Event period, and dismantle shall begin immediately upon the conclusion of the Event terminating no later than on the day of , 2021. In consideration of an additional fee of $ , the Director may allow User a longer period for setup and dismantle, should User require additional time. Any equipment or stage props left in the Facility after the expiration of the time allowed for dismantle shall be disposed of by the City at User’s sole cost without any right of claim by the User, or at the City’s option, may be stored at User’s cost.
Use Period. The date and times for the use of the Park by User shall be as set forth on Exhibit “A” (the “Use Period”).
Use Period. A Clubhouse rental generally allows the Applicant access of the Clubhouse the day of rental only. Unless approved in advance by the HOA Board, all events must end and the patrons at the Clubhouse vacated by midnight. The Clubhouse must be completely cleaned and the key returned by 10:00 a.m. the next day to the Clubhouse Representative unless other arrangements are made with the Clubhouse Representative. Notwithstanding the foregoing, all doors, gates and windows of the Clubhouse must be locked when not in use.
Use Period. All Professional Services must be prepaid or paid in the same manner as agreed to with other Licensed Products included on the applicable Client Order and utilized by Client within one (1) year of purchase. Illuminate, in its sole discretion, may extend this period up to a maximum of one (1) additional year to utilize said Professional Services; however, regardless of whether the Professional Services use period described herein is extended, Client’s non-utilization of purchased Professional Services will be deemed null and void upon expiration of the applicable use period and shall not entitle Client to any refund or credit.
Use Period. A Clubhouse rental generally allows the applicant access of the Clubhouse from 10:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. Tuesday – Saturday, 12:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. on Sundays. All events must end and the patrons at the Clubhouse vacated by 9:00 p.m. The Clubhouse must be completely cleaned and locked up by 9:00 p.m. to avoid a cleaning cost as set forth herein. Notwithstanding the foregoing, all doors, gates and windows of the Clubhouse must be locked when not in use. Please note that an emergency key is kept in a lock box on premises for emergency use only. If applicant must use key and key is not returned to lockbox resident will be responsible for the cost of rekeying the facility. Key MAY NOT be removed from the premises.
Use Period. A pavilion reservation generally allows the applicant use of ½ of the pavilion for up to five (5) hours between the hours of 8 am to 10 pm. Applicants may apply to use the pavilion for up to five (5) hours – 1/2 hour for set-up, 4 hours for event, and 1/2 hour for clean-up. The Pavilion must be completely cleaned, trash containers emptied and trash hauled off prior to post reservation walk-through to avoid a cleaning cost as set forth herein. Applicant must conduct a post-walk through with a HOA representative within 24 hours after the end of the Applicant’s event.
Use Period. All Professional Services must be invoiced/prepaid or paid in the same manner as agreed to with other Licensed Products included on the applicable Client Order and utilized by Client within one
Use Period. August 10, 2022 - June 16, 2023 *The before school program will run from 6:15 am – 8:15 am The afterschool program will run from the time school is out to 7:00 pm. (*Staff are on campus at 10:00 am to prep for afternoon) The facility use schedule is subject to change. The Club will inform the District, in a timely manner, of any changes of such use.
Use Period. Fillauer's right to use the Fillauer Use Area shall commence on and as of the effective date of this Agreement ("Commencement Date"), and shall end on August 31, 1997, unless sooner terminated pursuant to this Agreement or the Lease. Fillauer shall have the right to cease using the Fillauer Use Area by providing Iomed with at least 30 days prior written notice. If Fillauer continues to use the Fillauer Use Area after August 31, 1997, Fillauer shall do so on a month to month basis.
