USER Invention means any Subject Invention of USER.

USER Invention means any Subject Invention of USER, conceived or first actually reduced to practice in the course of or under this Agreement.

Examples of USER Invention in a sentence

  • Subject to the provisions herein, USER may elect title to any USER Invention and in any resulting patent secured by USER within one year of reporting the subject invention to DOE.

  • USER shall furnish the Patent Counsel a written report concerning each USER Invention within six months after conception or first actual reduction to practice, whichever occurs first.

Related to USER Invention

  • Subject Invention means any invention of the Contractor conceived or first actually reduced to practice in the performance of work under this Contract, provided that in the case of a variety of plant, the date of determination (as defined in section 41(d) of the Plant Variety Protection Act, 7 U.S.C. 2401(d)) must also occur during the period of Contract performance.
