User Payment definition

User Payment means, collectively, the Service Payment and the Operating Payment due in any year, except to the extent such amounts are rebated to a User due to abatement of such User's obligations hereunder as provided in Section 3.04 hereof.
User Payment means a payment made or to be made by a User for the use of a Public Parking Facility.
User Payment means a payment to be paid by a user of the PPP Project in respect of the service received from Operator;

Examples of User Payment in a sentence

  • The Bank is authorized to act on any returned End User Payment or any instruction to affect a returned End User Payment that the Bank receives from you.

  • The payment in any Operating Period by a User of its User Payment shall be for use of the Project by such User during such Operating Period.

  • If the Bank has a reasonable doubt that you are entitled to an End User Payment, the Bank may in our sole discretion and to the extent permitted under applicable law: (i) delay crediting your Account for the End User Payment; (ii) delay your availability to funds credited to your Account for the End User Payment; or (iii) delay your availability to funds maintained in your Account or any other Account you maintain with the Bank in the amount of the End User Payment.

  • If you are a creditor under the federal Truth in Lending Act (15 U.S.C. 1601 et seq), you agree to credit such end user accounts, unless a delay in crediting does not result in a finance or other charge or except as otherwise provided in Regulation Z (12 C.F.R. Part 226), on the earlier of either: (i) the day you received the credit to your Account; or (ii) the day you received the information the Bank provided regarding such End User Payment.

  • Provide manufacturer's literature on specified products, describing physical and performance characteristics, and method of installation.

  • The parties hereto have agreed and determined that the total User Payment represents not more than the fair value of the cost of the service provided by the Project.

  • No board member, officer or employee of User shall be individually or personally liable for the User Payment, but nothing contained herein shall relieve any board member, officer or employee of User from the performance of any official duty provided by any applicable provisions of law or hereby.

Related to User Payment

  • Agreement Payment means a Payment paid or payable pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Delta Payment means as it is described in this Agreement.

  • Reimbursement Payment shall have the meaning given to that term in Subparagraph 2.02(c).

  • Transfer Payment Received As defined in Section 4.03.

  • Improper Payment means: (a) any payment, offer, gift or promise to pay or authorization of the payment or transfer of other things of value, including without limitation any portion of the compensation, fees or reimbursements received hereunder or the provision of any service, gift or entertainment, directly or indirectly to (i) a Government Official; (ii) any director, officer, employee or commercial partner of a Party or its Affiliates; or, (iii) any other person at the suggestion, request or direction or for the benefit of any of the above-described persons and entities, for purposes of obtaining or influencing official actions or decisions or securing any improper advantage in order to obtain, retain or direct business; (b) payments made and expenses incurred in connection with performance of obligations under this Agreement that are not made and recorded with sufficient accuracy, detail, and control to meet the standards in applicable Anti-Corruption Laws; or, (c) any other transaction in violation of applicable Anti- Corruption Laws.

  • Cash Payment System means a payment system that generates any transfer of funds through a transaction originated by cash, check, or similar paper instrument. This includes electronic payments to a financial institution or clearing house that subsequently issues cash, check, or similar paper instrument to the designated payee.

  • Debit Payment means a particular transaction where a debit is made.

  • Contingent Payments has the meaning set forth in Section 2.05(b).

  • AHYDO Catch-Up Payment means any payment with respect to any obligations of the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary, in each case to avoid the application of Section 163(e)(5) of the Code thereto.

  • Late Payment Surcharge shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Article 10.3.3 of this Agreement;
