User service line definition

User service line means the pipe, tubing, and fittings connecting a water main to an individual water meter or service connection.
User service line means the length of pipe, lying generally outside of the street right-of-way, which connects the curb box to the building to be served with water, and shall include a water meter installed in an underground pit, as directed by and to the specifications of the Borough of Flemington Water Department. Installation of meters in any building shall be performed only when, and as permitted by, the Water Department, upon the Department's determination that the meter installation in an underground pit is not feasible. The user or property owner shall be responsible for installation of the user service line, except that water meters on all user service lines not exceeding a two-inch diameter shall be provided and installed by the Water Department.

  • Service Line means any electric supply line through which electricity is, or is intended to be, supplied:

  • Support Service means an activity, such as information technology, accounting, human resources, legal, and other support functions that are required to support the ongoing delivery of core services.

  • END USER CUSTOMER LOCATION means the physical location of the premises where an End User makes use of the telecommunications services.

  • Passenger Services means, those railway passenger services provided by or on behalf of the Beneficiary pursuant to the permission to use track granted in accordance with the Track Access Agreement;

  • Wireless service provider means a person that provides wireless service to the public.

  • 911 Service means a universal telephone number which gives the public direct access to the Public Safety Answering Point (“PSAP”). Basic 911 service collects 911 calls from one or more local exchange switches that serve a geographic area. The calls are then sent to the correct authority designated to receive such calls.

  • Interconnection Service Agreement means an agreement among the Transmission Provider, an Interconnection Customer and an Interconnected Transmission Owner regarding interconnection under Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI.

  • Broadband Internet access service means a mass-market retail service by wire or radio that provides the capability to transmit data to and receive data from all or substantially all Internet endpoints, including any capabilities that are incidental to and enable the operation of the communications service, but excluding dial-up Internet access service. This term also encompasses any service that the State finds to be providing a functional equivalent of the service described in the previous sentence, or that is used to evade the protections set forth in this section.

  • Support Services means support in relation to the use of, and the identification and resolution of errors in, the Hosted Services, but shall not include the provision of training services;
