Usuarios autorizados se entenderán todos los usuarios a los que el Cliente autorice en una instancia productiva de SAP SuccessFactors, según lo especificado en la Orden de Servicios.

Usuarios autorizados significará (i) los empleados, contratistas, subcontratistas y proveedores externos del Cliente y (ii) los empleados, contratistas, subcontratistas y proveedores externos de cualesquier Entidades Vinculadas u otras entidades designadas en un Pedido como autorizadas por el Cliente para acceder y utilizar las Aplicaciones y Servicios de JAGGAER, a cada uno de los cuales el Cliente habrá proporcionado un nombre de usuario y una contraseña. La utilización que realicen contratistas, subcontratistas o proveedores externos por cuenta del Cliente estará sujeta a las condiciones del Contrato, si bien el Cliente seguirá siendo el responsable del cumplimiento de las obligaciones que asume por el Contrato y de los actos y omisiones de dichos terceros.
