Vacant Parcel definition

Vacant Parcel. - shall mean a parcel of land with no structures thereon.
Vacant Parcel means a parcel of land which contains no buildings or structures which are intended for habitation or public use and are not connected to the Woss Water Works distribution system.
Vacant Parcel means a Tax Parcel that is unimproved with any structures or facilities such as quick- connect fixtures for recreational vehicles that might generate Wastewater, but does not include a Tax Parcel for which permits have been issued for construction.

More Definitions of Vacant Parcel
