RECREATIONAL VEHICLES. The use of recreational motor vehicles, trailers, mobile homes, trucks with camper inserts in the bed, and other vehicles that provide sleeping accommodations, for any purposes other than transportation, are prohibited. Over- occupancy of rental cottages includes occupying vehicles of this type and subjects you to eviction for violation of this agreement. Covenants of the individual communities where your house is located may have more restrictive rules concerning the parking of these vehicles within the communities.
RECREATIONAL VEHICLES. Highway vehi- cles, including pickup truck campers, one-piece motor homes, and travel trailers, designed to serve as tem- porary places of dwelling.
RECREATIONAL VEHICLES. 1The Owner must not allow any plant or machinery or any recreational vehicle or commercial motor vehicle (including without limitation a caravan, boat, box trailer, boat trailer, truck and car trailer) to be left or parked on the street or on the Land between the building line of the dwelling house and the front boundary of the Land (unless either of those occur during the normal course of business by a visiting trades person) or on the nature strip or footpath.
RECREATIONAL VEHICLES. Rec- reational vehicles manufactured after model year 2020 must comply with the fuel consumption standards of this sec- tion. Manufacturers producing these vehicles may also certify to fuel con- sumption standards from 2014 through model year 2020. Manufacturers may earn credits retroactively for early compliance with fuel consumption standards. Once selected, a manufac- turer cannot reverse the decision and the manufacturer must continue to comply for each subsequent model year for all the vehicles it manufacturers in each regulatory subcategory for a given model year.
RECREATIONAL VEHICLES. 3.1 No motor home, utility trailer or recreational vehicle of any size, shape or form shall be allowed to remain on any of the Lots unless housed at all times within a fully enclosed garage, the design of which must be approved by Genstar.
RECREATIONAL VEHICLES. Two (2), but no more than two (2), recreational vehicles (“RVs”) or campers shall be permitted on any portion of any tract (whether original or re-subdivided). RVs and campers are to be used for camping purposes only, and the use of an RV or camper as a residence is strictly prohibited. If a residential dwelling is being constructed on any tract, then two (2), but no more than two (2) recreational dwellings may be occupied on such tract for not more than one (1) year while a residential dwelling is under construction.
RECREATIONAL VEHICLES. There shall be no operation of snowmobiles for commercial recreational use and no recreational use of dune buggies, all-terrain vehicles, or other types of wheeled motorized vehicles except as allowed for permitted agricultural, forestry, maintenance uses and uses attendant to the allowed commercial business in the Multi-use area.
RECREATIONAL VEHICLES. The use of recreational motor vehicles, trailers, mobile homes, trucks with camper inserts in the bed, and other vehicles or structures (including tents) that provide sleeping accommodations, for any purposes other than transportation, are prohibited. Over-occupancy of the Property subjects you to expedited eviction.
RECREATIONAL VEHICLES. Restrictions will be in place regarding snowmobiles, all terrain vehicles (ATVs) and boats at the proposed Project site (including the road). Project workers will not be permitted to transport, use or store snowmobiles, ATVs or boats on the Project site (including the access road). All Project-related workers (including KCN workers) will be made aware of this restriction at the time of hire. If a worker is found to have a snowmobile, ATV or boat within the proposed Project site area, they will be disciplined up to and including dismissal. KCN resource harvesters and members may travel by snowmobile or ATV for the purposes of carrying out commercial and/or domestic harvesting, and for spiritual/ceremonial activities. Snowmobile crossings will be developed at intersections of selected established snowmobile trails to facilitate the safe crossing of the proposed road by local resource users. Such crossings can also be used by ATVs to ensure safe crossing of the proposed road. Use of the road for travel along the road by snowmobile or ATV will not be permitted for safety reasons – both for the snowmobile/ATV user and for construction traffic. Use of surrounding Crown land is not restricted; however, approved trails should have posted signage, including appropriate crossings of the road.
RECREATIONAL VEHICLES. Tenancy in a Mobile Home Park is distinct from occupancy in a Recreational Vehicle (RV) park. “Mobile home” is defined as a residential structure at least 8 feet wide and 35 feet long that is transportable on an integral chassis and designed for use as a dwelling when connected to the required utilities including e plumbing, heating, air-conditioning, and electrical systems. § 513.01, Fla. Stat. Xxx.
