Vacation Judge definition

Vacation Judge means the senior-most Judge on duty during the vacation at Allahabad or Lucknow, as the case may be;
Vacation Judge means a Judge on duty during a vacation;
Vacation Judge means the senior-most Judge on duty during the va- cation at Nainital, as the case may be;

  • Vacation means annual vacation with pay.
