Vaccine Field definition

Vaccine Field means the use of a Vaccine Product for the prevention or treatment of infectious diseases, but excluding any use of a Vaccine Product in the Modex Field.
Vaccine Field has the meaning set forth in the License Agreement. (vvv)
Vaccine Field means the research, development, manufacture, sale and other commercialization of Vaccine Compositions for prophylactic, therapeutic and/or companion diagnostic applications.

  • If UNC or Consultant desires to enter into an agreement with a Third Party relating to PRINT or PRINT Materials outside the Inhaled Field or Co-Delivery Vaccine Field, then, unless GSK and Liquidia mutually determine otherwise, Liquidia shall obtain a non-exclusive, sublicensable, royalty free license to any inventions made by such Third Party under such agreement prior to Liquidia giving consent for UNC or Consultant to enter into such Third Party agreement.

  • Upon GSK’s request, Liquidia shall use Commercially Reasonable Efforts to acquire an exclusive license to inventions arising from research conducted by Third Parties outside the Inhaled Field and Co-Delivery Vaccine Field, if such inventions are related to General Biological Effects.

  • If either Party reasonably believes that any [***] Patent (including any [***] New IP Patent), Joint Patent, [***] Patent or Patent covering [***] Extract IP (“[***] Extract Patent”) is being infringed by a Third Party with respect to activities within the scope of the Vaccine Field, or is subject to a declaratory judgment action arising from such activities (a “Vaccine Field Infringement”), such Party shall promptly notify the other Party and the Parties shall discuss in good faith how best to respond.

  • ECT Technology to use, make, have made, offer to sell, sell and import Vaccine Products in the Vaccine Field.

  • If either Party reasonably believes that any Sutro Patent is being infringed by a Third Party with respect to activities within the Vaccine Field or is subject to a declaratory judgment action arising from such activities (a “Vaccine Field Infringement”), such Party shall promptly notify the other Party and the Parties shall discuss in good faith how best to respond.

  • As between the Parties, Sutro shall have the sole right to initiate and control any Enforcement Action for Sutro Patents, other than the Vaccine Composition-Specific Patents and any Joint Vaccine Composition Patents, with respect to any Vaccine Field Infringement.

Related to Vaccine Field

  • Licensed Field means all fields of use.

  • Vaccine means a specially prepared antigen which, upon administration to a person, will result in immunity and, specifically for the purposes of this rule, shall mean influenza and pneumococcal vaccines.

  • Licensed Field of Use means all fields.

  • X-ray field means that area of the intersection of the useful beam and any one of the set of planes parallel to and including the plane of the image receptor, whose perimeter is the locus of points at which the exposure rate is one-fourth of the maximum in the intersection.

  • Licensed Fields of Use means the fields of use identified in Appendix B.

  • Licensed Compounds means any EZH2 Compound(s) that is:

  • complex product means a product which is composed of multiple components which can be replaced permitting disassembly and re-assembly of the product.

  • Field of Use means all fields of use.

  • Licensed Products means tangible materials which, in the course of manufacture, use, sale, or importation, would be within the scope of one or more claims of the Licensed Patent Rights that have not been held unpatentable, invalid or unenforceable by an unappealed or unappealable judgment of a court of competent jurisdiction.

  • Licensed Product means any method, process, composition, product, service, or component part thereof that would, but for the granting of the rights set forth in this Agreement, infringe a Valid Claim contained in the Licensed Patents.

  • Antibody means a molecule or a gene encoding such a molecule comprising or containing one or more immunoglobulin variable domains or parts of such domains or any existing or future fragments, variants, modifications or derivatives thereof.

  • Marijuana product means marijuana as defined in 50-32-101 and marijuana-infused products

  • Hemp product means the same as that term is defined in § 3.2-4112.

  • Nicotine product means a product that contains nicotine and is not any of the following:

  • Commercialize or “Commercialization” means the marketing, promotion, sale (and offer for sale or contract to sell), distribution, importation or other commercial exploitation (including pricing and reimbursement activities) for a Product in the Territory. Commercialization shall include commercial activities conducted in preparation for Product launch.

  • Opioid antidote means any drug, regardless of dosage amount or method of administration, which has been approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for the treatment of an opioid overdose. “Opioid antidote” includes, but is not limited to, naloxone hydrochloride, in any dosage amount, which is administered through nasal spray or any other FDA-approved means or methods.

  • Collaboration Product means a pharmaceutical product containing or comprising Compound in any dosage form alone, or in combination with, one or more other pharmaceutically active ingredients, and any and all Improvements thereto.

  • Biological product means a virus, therapeutic serum, toxin, antitoxin, vaccine, blood, blood component or derivative, allergenic product, protein other than a chemically synthesized polypeptide, or analogous product, or arsphenamine or any derivative of arsphenamine or any other trivalent organic arsenic compound, applicable to the prevention, treatment, or cure of a disease or condition of human beings.

  • medicinal product means any substance or combination of substances presented for treating or preventing disease in human beings or animals and any substance or combination of substances which may be administered to human beings or animals with a view to making a medical diagnosis or to restoring, correcting or modifying physiological functions in humans or in animals;

  • Licensed Technology means the Licensed Know-How and Licensed Patents.
