Valuation for assessment definition

Valuation for assessment means the actual value of any real or personal property multiplied by the assessment percentages specified in section 3 of article X of the state constitution.

  • Phase I Environmental Assessment A “Phase I assessment” as described in, and meeting the criteria of, the ASTM, plus a radon and asbestos inspection.
