Period of Payment. 12.10.1 Accident pay does not apply in respect of any injury during the first 5 normal workings days of incapacity.
12.10.2 The maximum period or aggregate periods of accident pay to be made by an employer will be a total of 39 weeks for any one injury (as defined in subclause 1.3), according to the table set out in 12.19.
Period of Payment. (a) Wages shall be paid weekly or fortnightly, either:
(i) according to the actual ordinary hours worked each week or fortnight; or
(ii) according to the average number of ordinary hours worked each week or fortnight.
(b) By agreement between the employer and the majority of employees in the relevant enterprise, wages may be paid three weekly, four weekly or monthly. Agreement in this respect may also be reached between the employer and an individual employee.

Period of Payment. In the event that a payment under this Agreement is due within a period of time following a stated event, the Executive shall not be permitted, directly or indirectly, to designate the taxable year of payment.
Period of Payment. Each case will be decided on its own merits and there is no minimum period an award will be made for. The period of the award is at the discretion of the officer making the decision based on the individual circumstances of the case. DHP awards are designed primarily to meet short-term requirements and provide time for customers to make necessary changes to their circumstances to ensure they are able to live within their means in the longer-term. The fund is not an appropriate mechanism to support circumstances which are not time-limited. In order to meet the objectives of the scheme and the way in which the scheme is funded all awards will have an end date attached to them. This will form part of the award notification sent to claimants along with information of activity which is likely to improve individual circumstances. In some cases it is appropriate to share information with the Council’s Housing Options Service in order to provide proactive advice to prevent further rent arrears developing and prevent homelessness.
Period of Payment. Each employee described in subsection (a) of this section shall be entitled to receive supple- mentary unemployment insurance during each month in which such employee is not employed, for all or a portion of such month, by the Mil- waukee Railroad or another rail carrier. Each such employee shall be entitled to receive such insurance for a total of not more than 36 months, except that—
(1) the period of entitlement for assistance under this section shall not exceed the em- ployee’s total months of service with the Mil- waukee Railroad; and
(2) no compensation shall be provided under this section after April 1, 1984, unless it is nec- xxxxxx in order to provide an employee with at least 8 months of such insurance, but after such date, such employee only shall receive such 8-month minimum if such employee is not employed continuously after such date.
Period of Payment. (a) Advance payment to the Consultants shall be affected within the period specified in the SC, after signing of the Contract Agreement between the Parties.
(b) Any other amount due to the Consultants shall be paid by the Client to the Consultants within twenty-eight (28) days in case of local currency and fifty six (56) days in case of foreign currency after the Consultants' invoice has been delivered to the Client.
Period of Payment. Monthly pension benefits shall commence on the Normal Retirement Date of the Participant and shall continue until the first of the month in which the retired Participant dies, unless an optional method of payment has been elected, in which case the monthly pension benefits shall be continued as provided for under the option elected.
