Variable O&M Charge definition

Variable O&M Charge means a variable operations and maintenance charge calculated in accordance with Appendix 9.3.
Variable O&M Charge means the applicable rate ($/MWh) for a Storage Unit as specified in Appendix 9.04.
Variable O&M Charge has the meaning set forth in Appendix III attached hereto.

More Definitions of Variable O&M Charge

Variable O&M Charge means $2.50 per MWh of Energy delivered by Seller at the Energy Delivery Point during a Month.
