Variable O&M Rate definition

Variable O&M Rate or “VOMR” has the meaning set forth in Section 4.3(a).
Variable O&M Rate means the rate, expressed in $/MWh, payable by Buyer to Seller for variable O&M costs for a defined period during the Delivery Term, as more particularly described in Section 2.2.2 of the Main Body and Appendices B-1 and B-2 to this RFP.
Variable O&M Rate means the rate payable by Buyer to Seller for variable O&M costs for a defined period during the Delivery Term, as more particularly described in the Main Body and Appendices B-1 and B-2 to the RFP.

Examples of Variable O&M Rate in a sentence

  • The CAISO Monthly Variable O&M Cost for each Unit is given by Equation C2-3 and is the product of the sum of Billable MWh for the Billing Month and the Unit’s Variable O&M Rate.

  • The CAISO Monthly Variable O&M Cost for each Unit shall be the product of the Unit’s Billable MWh for the Billing Month and the Unit’s Variable O&M Rate.

More Definitions of Variable O&M Rate

Variable O&M Rate means $1.00/MWh (as of June 1, 1999), and as adjusted on the anniversary of the first and each subsequent Contract Year by the annual change in the GDP-IPD.
Variable O&M Rate shall have the meaning specified in Section 6.4(b).
Variable O&M Rate. OR "VOM" -- a rate applied to each MWh of Net Electric Energy delivered, as more fully described in Appendix 1, Section II, A.1.

Related to Variable O&M Rate

  • Variable Interest Rate means any interest rate that does not qualify as a fixed credit interest rate;

  • Variable Rate means a per annum rate of interest, equal to LIBOR plus 2.85%, as determined on the LIBOR Determination Date preceding each Interest Payment Date, reset quarterly, commencing upon expiration of the Fixed Rate Period.

  • Term Rate means the per annum interest rate with respect to Bonds in the Term Rate Mode determined pursuant to Section 2.09.

  • Variable Rate Bonds means Current Interest Bonds, which may be either Serial Bonds or Term Bonds, issued with a variable, adjustable, convertible or other similar interest rate which is not fixed in percentage for the entire term thereof at the date of issue, which Bonds may also be Option Bonds. Section 102.Rules of Construction. Words of the masculine gender shall be deemed and construed to include correlative words of the feminine and neuter genders. Unless the context shall otherwise indicate, the words "Bond," "Escrow Agent," "Owner," "person," "Paying Agent," and "Bond Registrar" shall include the plural as well as the singular number and the word "person" shall mean any individual, corporation partnership, joint venture, association, joint stock company, trust, unincorporated organization or government or any agency or political subdivision thereof. All references to applicable provisions of Law shall be deemed to include any and all amendments thereto.

  • Interest Rate Period means that period of time for which the interest rate with respect to the Bonds has been determined by the Remarketing Agent or otherwise as provided in the definition of the applicable Interest Rate Mode, commencing on the applicable Interest Rate Adjustment Date, and terminating on the day immediately preceding the following Interest Rate Adjustment Date, if any.

  • Base premium rate means, for each class of business as to a rating period, the lowest premium rate charged or that could have been charged under the rating system for that class of business by the small employer carrier to small employers with similar case characteristics for health benefit plans with the same or similar coverage.

  • Premium Rate means any set fee regularly paid by a subscriber to a health insuring corporation. A "premium rate" does not include a one-time membership fee, an annual administrative fee, or a nominal access fee, paid to a managed health care system under which the recipient of health care services remains solely responsible for any charges accessed for those services by the provider or health care facility.

  • Interest Rate Cap means the establishment of an upper limit for a variable interest rate.

  • Fixed Rate means, with respect to any Competitive Loan (other than a Eurodollar Competitive Loan), the fixed rate of interest per annum specified by the Lender making such Competitive Loan in its related Competitive Bid.

  • Variable Charge means the charge that varies according to kgtm and is calculated in accordance with the formula set out in paragraph 2.2.1, summed across all Services;

  • Periodic Interest Rate Cap As to each adjustable rate Mortgage Loan, the maximum increase or decrease in the Mortgage Interest Rate on any Adjustment Date pursuant to the terms of the Mortgage Note.

  • Interest Rate Cap Payment (a) With respect to the Class A-2 Certificates and the first 36 Distribution Dates, the amount, if any, equal to the product, determined on an "actual/360" basis, of (i) the excess, if any, of the lesser of (A) the one-month LIBOR rate as of the related reset date under the Class A-2 Cap Agreement and (B) the applicable cap ceiling rate set forth on Schedule A to such Interest Rate Cap Agreement for such Distribution Date over the applicable cap strike rate set forth on Schedule A to such Interest Rate Cap Agreement for such Distribution Date; (ii) the applicable Class A-2 notional amount set forth on Schedule A to the Class A-2 Cap Agreement for such Distribution Date and (iii) the multiplier set forth on Schedule A to such Interest Rate Cap Agreement; (b) with respect to the Class M Certificates and the first 44 Distribution Dates, the amount, if any, equal to the product, determined on an "actual/360" basis, of (i) the excess, if any, of the lesser of (A) the one-month LIBOR rate as of the related reset date under the Class M Cap Agreement and (B) the applicable cap ceiling rate set forth on Schedule A to such Interest Rate Cap Agreement for such Distribution Date over the applicable cap strike rate set forth on Schedule A to such Interest Rate Cap Agreement for such Distribution Date; (ii) the applicable Class M notional amount set forth on Schedule A to the Class M Cap Agreement for such Distribution Date and (iii) the multiplier set forth on Schedule A to such Interest Rate Cap Agreement; and (c) with respect to the Class B Certificates, and the first 44 Distribution Dates, the amount, if any, equal to the product, determined on an "actual/360" basis, of (i) the excess, if any, of the lesser of (A) the one-month LIBOR rate as of the related reset date under the Class B Cap Agreement and (B) the applicable cap ceiling rate set forth on Schedule A to such Interest Rate Cap Agreement for such Distribution Date over the applicable cap strike rate set forth on Schedule A to such Interest Rate Cap Agreement for such Distribution Date; (ii) the applicable Class B notional amount set forth on Schedule A to the Class B Cap Agreement for such Distribution Date and (iii) the multiplier set forth on Schedule A to such Interest Rate Cap Agreement.

  • Weekly Rate means an interest rate on the Bonds set under Section 2.02(a)(2).

  • Annual Interest Rate in accordance with the rate applicable to the equal instalment financing plan in effect on the conversion date, up to a maximum of 19.90%.

  • Cap Rate For each Calculation Period, as set forth for such period on Schedule I attached hereto. Floating Rate for initial Calculation Period: To be determined Floating Rate Day Count Fraction: Actual/360 Floating Rate Option: USD-LIBOR-BBA, provided, however, if the Floating Rate Option for a Calculation Period is greater than 10.00% then the Floating Rate Option for such Calculation Period shall be deemed equal to 10.00%.

  • Variable Return means a percentage calculated as follows:

  • Interest Rate shall have the meaning assigned to such term or analogous term in the Mortgage Loan Agreement.

  • Overdue Interest Rate means, with respect to any Class, the Interest Rate applicable to such Class.

  • Maximum Rate Cap Any of the Class A-1 Maximum Rate Cap, the Class A-2 Maximum Rate Cap or the Weighted Average Maximum Rate Cap.

  • Floating Rate Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.05(b) hereof.

  • Periodic Rate Cap With respect to each Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loan and any Adjustment Date therefor, the fixed percentage set forth in the related Mortgage Note, which is the maximum amount by which the Mortgage Rate for such Mortgage Loan may increase or decrease (without regard to the Maximum Mortgage Rate or the Minimum Mortgage Rate) on such Adjustment Date from the Mortgage Rate in effect immediately prior to such Adjustment Date.

  • Reset Rate means, in connection with each Remarketing, the rate per annum (as determined by the Remarketing Agent(s) in consultation with the Company pursuant to the Remarketing Agreement) rounded to the nearest one thousandth (0.001) of one percent that the Notes shall bear.

  • Minimum Rate With respect to each ARM Loan, the rate per annum set forth in the related Mortgage Note as the minimum Note Rate thereunder. The Minimum Rate as to each ARM Loan is set forth on the related Mortgage Loan Schedule.
