Variable Rate Construction Program Bonds definition

Variable Rate Construction Program Bonds means bonds designated by the HFA as Variable Rate Construction Program Bonds issued to finance a multifamily mortgage loan meeting the requirements of Section 7(a)(ii) below, which bonds mature no more than thirty-four (34) years after the Settlement Date and which bear interest and have the terms set forth above. Variable Rate Construction Program Bonds bear interest at the Construction Program Bond Variable Rate from and after the Release Date and at the Permanent Rate from and after the Construction Program Bond Conversion.
Variable Rate Construction Program Bonds means bonds designated by the Authority as Variable Rate Construction Program Bonds issued to finance Permitted Mortgage Loans which are either (A) loans guaranteed by a GSE or (B) loans originated pursuant to underwriting criteria agreed to by the GSEs and which are financed with Series 2009A Bonds and must be designated Construction Program Bonds, which bonds mature no more than thirty four (34) years after January 12, 2010 and which bear interest and have the terms set forth above. Release and Conversion Procedures On or prior to the date which is fourteen (14) days prior to a proposed Release Date, the Authority shall notify the Trustee, the GSEs, the Administrator, Treasury’s Financial Agent and the rating agencies of (A) the proposed Release Date, (B) the proposed Conversion Date, (C) the principal amount of Series 2009A Bonds to be Converted on such Conversion Date, (D) the proposed Permanent Rate Calculation Date and (E) the Bond Rating anticipated to be in effect on the Release Date. The Authority shall deliver or cause to be delivered to the Trustee on or prior to any Release Date, the following:

Examples of Variable Rate Construction Program Bonds in a sentence

  • On and after the Construction Program Bond Conversion Date, the interest rate on the Variable Rate Construction Program Bonds shall be the Permanent Rate.

  • Construction Program Bonds which are not Variable Rate Construction Program Bonds shall bear interest at the Permanent Rate on and after the Conversion Date.

  • Variable Rate Bonds means Current Interest Bonds, which may be either Serial Bonds or Term Bonds, issued with a variable, adjustable, convertible or other similar interest rate which is not fixed in percentage for the entire term thereof at the date of issue, which Bonds may also be Option Bonds. Section 102.Rules of Construction. Words of the masculine gender shall be deemed and construed to include correlative words of the feminine and neuter genders. Unless the context shall otherwise indicate, the words "Bond," "Escrow Agent," "Owner," "person," "Paying Agent," and "Bond Registrar" shall include the plural as well as the singular number and the word "person" shall mean any individual, corporation partnership, joint venture, association, joint stock company, trust, unincorporated organization or government or any agency or political subdivision thereof. All references to applicable provisions of Law shall be deemed to include any and all amendments thereto.

  • Variable Rate means a per annum rate of interest, equal to LIBOR plus 1.48%, as determined on the LIBOR Determination Date preceding each Interest Payment Date, reset quarterly, commencing upon expiration of the Fixed Rate Period.

  • Variable Rate Indebtedness means any portion of indebtedness or other payment obligations, the interest rate on which is not established at the time of incurrence and has not at some subsequent date been established at a single numerical rate for the entire term thereof, excluding Paired Obligations.

  • Variable Rate Transaction shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 4.12(b).

  • Maximum Applicable Rate with respect to APS, has the meaning set forth in Section 11.10(a)(vii) of these Bylaws.

  • Fixed Rate Period shall have the meaning in the form of Security set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Interest Rate Period means any Daily Interest Rate Period, Weekly Interest Rate Period, Short-Term Interest Rate Period, Long- Term Interest Rate Period or ARS Interest Rate Period.

  • Base Rate Term Loan means any portion of the Term Loan during any period in which it bears interest based on the Base Rate.

  • Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loan A Mortgage Loan serviced pursuant to this Agreement under which the Mortgage Interest Rate is adjusted from time to time in accordance with the terms and provisions of the related Mortgage Note.

  • Interest Rate Contract means any interest rate swap agreement, interest rate cap agreement, interest rate floor agreement, interest rate collar agreement, interest rate option or any other agreement regarding the hedging of interest rate risk exposure executed in connection with hedging the interest rate exposure of any Person and any confirming letter executed pursuant to such agreement, all as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

  • Adjustable Rate Certificates The Class A Certificates and the Mezzanine Certificates.

  • Index Linked Note means an Index Linked Interest Note and/or an Index Linked Redemption Note.

  • Variable Interest Rate means any interest rate that does not qualify as a fixed credit interest rate;

  • Floating Rate Convention means that each relevant date shall be the date which numerically corresponds to the preceding such date in the calendar month which is the number of months specified in the applicable Final Terms as the Specified Period after the calendar month in which the preceding such date occurred; provided, however, that:

  • Floating Rate Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.05(b) hereof.

  • Subsequent Fixed Rate Period means for the initial Subsequent Fixed Rate Period, the period commencing on April 1, 2022 and ending on and including March 31, 2027 and for each succeeding Subsequent Fixed Rate Period, the period commencing on the day immediately following the end of the immediately preceding Subsequent Fixed Rate Period and ending on and including March 31 in the fifth year thereafter.

  • Weekly Rate Period means any period of time during which a Group of 2020 Series D Variable Rate Bonds bears interest at the Weekly Rate.

  • Applicable Interest Rate Margin means (a) as to any Base Rate Advance, the applicable rate per annum set forth below under the caption “Base Rate Spread” and (b) as to any LIBO Rate Advance, the applicable rate per annum set forth below under the caption “LIBO Rate Spread”, determined by reference to the higher of (i) the rating of Mondelēz’s long-term senior unsecured Debt from Standard & Poor’s (or, if there shall be no outstanding rated long-term senior unsecured Debt of Mondelēz, the long-term company, issuer or similar rating established by Standard & Poor’s for Mondelēz) and (ii) the rating of Mondelēz’s long-term senior unsecured Debt from Moody’s (or, if there shall be no outstanding rated long-term senior unsecured Debt of Mondelēz, the long-term company, issuer or similar rating established by Moody’s for Mondelēz), in each case on such date: Rating Base Rate Spread LIBO Rate Spread A or higher by Standard & Poor’s A2 or higher by Moody’s 0.000 % 0.805 % A- by Standard & Poor’s A3 by Moody’s 0.000 % 0.915 % BBB+ by Standard & Poor’s Baa1 by Moody’s 0.025 % 1.025 % BBB by Standard & Poor’s Baa2 by Moody’s 0.125 % 1.125 % Lower than BBB by Standard & Poor’s Lower than Baa2 by Moody’s 0.300 % 1.300 % provided that if on any date of determination (x) a rating is available on such date from only one of Standard & Poor’s and Moody’s but not the other, the Applicable Interest Rate Margin shall be determined by reference to the then available rating; (y) no rating is available from either of Standard & Poor’s or Moody’s, the Applicable Interest Rate Margin shall be determined by reference to the rating of any other nationally recognized statistical rating organization designated by Mondelēz and approved in writing by the Required Lenders and (z) no rating is available from any of Standard & Poor’s, Moody’s or any other nationally recognized statistical rating organization designated by Mondelēz and approved in writing by the Required Lenders, the Applicable Interest Rate Margin shall be 0.300% as to any Base Rate Advance and 1.300% as to any LIBO Rate Advance.

  • Fixed Rate means, with respect to any Competitive Loan (other than a Eurodollar Competitive Loan), the fixed rate of interest per annum specified by the Lender making such Competitive Loan in its related Competitive Bid.

  • Original Term Loans means the "Term Loans" under, and as defined in, the Original Credit Agreement.

  • Mid-Swap Floating Leg Benchmark Rate means EURIBOR (if the Specified Currency is euro), LIBOR for the Specified Currency (if the Specified Currency is U.S. dollars, Pounds Sterling or Swiss Francs), CIBOR (if the Specified Currency is Danish Kroner), NIBOR (if the Specified Currency is Norwegian Kroner), STIBOR (if the Specified Currency is Swedish Kronor) or (in the case of any other Specified Currency) the benchmark rate most closely connected with such Specified Currency and selected by the Calculation Agent in its discretion after consultation with the Issuer;

  • Fixed Rate Term means a period commencing on a Business Day and continuing for 1, 2 or 3 months, as designated by Borrower, during which all or a portion of the outstanding principal balance of this Note bears interest determined in relation to LIBOR; provided however, that no Fixed Rate Term may be selected for a principal amount less than $100,000.00; and provided further, that no Fixed Rate Term shall extend beyond the scheduled maturity date hereof. If any Fixed Rate Term would end on a day which is not a Business Day, then such Fixed Rate Term shall be extended to the next succeeding Business Day.

  • Rate Type means the Offshore Rate, the Base Rate or the CP Rate.

  • Interest Rate Contracts means all interest rate swap agreements, interest rate cap agreements, interest rate collar agreements and interest rate insurance.

  • Floating Rate Margin means 7.50 per cent. per annum.
