Any Variation to the Contract shall be set out in a Variation to Contract Form as set out at Schedule A to this Section 2 and signed by both Parties.
Approval of a Sub-contractor shall be signified by the inclusion of the name or names on a covering Variation to Contract Form.
Any instruction issued orally varying the terms of the Contract shall have no effect until confirmed by the University by a Variation to Contract Form within 24 hours following such instruction.
The Contract shall be subject to adjustment only when a Variation to Contract Form has been signed by the University’s Representative.

In the event of an emergency, the Authority shall have the right to vary the Contract by way of oral instructions given by the Authority’s Representative which shall be confirmed by the issue of a Variation to Contract Form within seven Days.
This Contract can be varied at any time by mutual agreement of the parties subject to a notice period of 30 days, such agreement to be in writing and signed by the representatives of the parties using the Variation to Contract Form as set out in Schedule 3.
This Contract may not be varied or amended unless the variation or amendment is in writing by means of a Variation to Contract Form as set out in Schedule 4 and is agreed by both Parties.
