Criminal history record information means records and data collected by criminal justice agencies
Project Management Report means each report prepared in accordance with Section 4.02 of this Agreement;
Mandatory Reporter means any public or private official who, while acting in an official capacity, comes in contact with and has reasonable cause to believe that an individual with disabilities has suffered abuse, or that any person with whom the official comes in contact while acting in an official capacity, has abused the individual with disabilities. Pursuant to ORS 430.765(2) psychiatrists, psychologists, clergy and attorneys are not mandatory reporters with regard to information received through communications that are privileged under ORS 40.225 to 40.295.
Day reporting means a program of enhanced supervision
Information Package means the most recent compilation of financial and other data with respect to the Failed Bank, including any amendments or supplements thereto, provided to the Assuming Institution by the Corporation on the web site used by the Corporation to market the Failed Bank to potential acquirers.
Pick Up Report means the report detailing the number of sleeping rooms per day actually used out of the Program’s room block.
Request regarding a statement of account means a record authenticated by a debtor requesting that the recipient approve or correct a statement indicating what the debtor believes to be the aggregate amount of unpaid obligations secured by collateral as of a specified date and reasonably identifying the transaction or relationship that is the subject of the request.
Monthly Reporting Date means the 25th day of each month after the date of this Agreement (or if any such day is not a Business Day, the next succeeding Business Day thereafter).
Financial Monitoring Report or “FMR” means each report prepared in accordance with Section 4.02 of this Agreement;
