Vendor Contract definition

Vendor Contract means a contract between the Authority and a Vendor for the performance of a portion of the Project.INSURANCE PROVISIONS OF THE TERMS OF DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION APPENDIX B TRADE CONTRACTOR’S INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS
