Vendor Shareholder Approval definition

Vendor Shareholder Approval means the approval of the Distribution by the Vendor Shareholders in accordance all applicable Laws and the policies of the ASX;
Vendor Shareholder Approval means the approval of the Transaction by the Vendor Shareholders at the Vendor Meeting as required by MI 61-101 and the rules and policies of the TSXV.
