Venue Site definition

Venue Site has the meaning set forth in Section 17 of this Agreement. All words and phrases used in the Loan Documents shall have the meaning specified in the Code, to the extent defined therein, except to the extent such meaning is inconsistent with the Loan Documents. All definitions contained in the Loan Documents are equally applicable to the singular and plural forms of the terms defined. The words “include,” “includes” and “including” shall be deemed to be followed by the phrase “without limitation.” The word “will” shall be construed to have the same meaning and effect as the word “shall.” The word “or” is not exclusive. The words “hereof,” “herein” and “hereunder” and words of similar import referring to the Loan Documents refer to the Loan Documents as a whole and not to any particular provision of the Loan Documents. Any agreement, instrument or statute defined or referred to in the Loan Documents or in any instrument or certificate delivered in connection with the Loan Documents shall mean such agreement, instrument or statute as from time to time amended, modified or supplemented and includes (in the case of agreements or instruments) references to all attachments thereto and instruments incorporated therein.
