Spousal Consent The undersigned spouse of the Seller hereby consents to the listing of the Property herein pursuant to the provisions of the Family Law Act, R.S.O. 1990 and hereby agrees that he/she will execute all necessary or incidental documents to further any transaction provided for herein.
Governmental Consent means any notice to, registration, declaration or filing with, exemption or review by, or authorization, order, consent or approval of, any Governmental Entity, or the expiration or termination of any statutory waiting periods;
Consent Agreement means this Consent Agreement, duly signed and concluded between the Commission and the Respondent, as contemplated in section 40(1) of the Act.
Consent Agenda means a portion of a meeting that lists items of business which are routine in nature and do not require substantial discussion and/or debate.
Informed Financial Consent means the medical provider advises you of any out-of-pocket costs before your admission. This is called Informed Financial Consent.
Consent means written permission signed by a duly authorized officer or employee of the Commonwealth, provided that where the material facts have been disclosed, in writing, by prequalification, bid, proposal, or contractual terms, the Commonwealth shall be deemed to have consented by virtue of the execution of this contract.
Admission Agreement An admission agreement in the form available on the Civil Service Pensions website immediately prior to the Relevant Transfer Date to be entered into by the Supplier where it agrees to participate in the Schemes in respect of the Services;
Unanimous Consent means the consent of Lenders (other than Delinquent Lenders) holding 100% of the Commitments (other than Commitments held by a Delinquent Lender).
Consent and Agreement means the Manufacturer Consent and Agreement [____], dated as of even date with the Participation Agreement, of Airframe Manufacturer.
Express consent means the confirmed express consent you have provided to our processing of your personal data by actively accepting this Privacy Policy.
Informed consent means a documented written agreement to allow a proposed action, treatment, or service after full disclosure provided in a manner the individual or his or her guardian understands, of the relevant facts necessary to make the decision. Relevant facts include the risks and benefits of the action, treatment, or service; the risks and benefits of the alternatives to the action, treatment, or service; and the right to refuse the action, treatment, or service. The individual or his or her guardian, as applicable, may revoke informed consent at any time.
Acceptable Confidentiality Agreement means a confidentiality agreement that contains provisions that are no less favorable in the aggregate to the Company than those contained in the Confidentiality Agreements; provided that such agreement and any related agreements (i) need not contain “standstill” provisions and (ii) shall not include any provision calling for any exclusive right to negotiate with such party or having the effect of prohibiting the Company from satisfying its obligations under this Agreement.
Required Consent has the meaning set forth in Section 4.4.
Waiver Agreement means an agreement between
Internal confidentiality agreement or statement means a confidentiality agreement or any other written statement that the contractor requires any of its employees or subcontractors to sign regarding nondisclosure of contractor information, except that it does not include confidentiality agreements arising out of civil litigation or confidentiality agreements that contractor employees or subcontractors sign at the behest of a Federal agency.
Consent Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 4.6(a).
Development Consent means the consent granted to the Development Application for the Development and includes all modifications made under section 4.55 of the Act.
Material Consents as defined in Section 7.3.
Company Consent mean, respectively, a written request, order or consent signed in the name of the Company by an Officer of the Company.
certification body means an independent, accredited or recognised conformity assessment body that has concluded an agreement with a certification scheme to carry out certification audits and issue certificates;
Acknowledgment Agreement The document, substantially in the form of Exhibit B, to be executed by the Owner and the Servicer on or prior to each Closing Date which document shall amend the Mortgage Loan Schedule attached as Exhibit A hereto to reflect the addition of Mortgage Loans to such Exhibit A and which document reflects the addition of Mortgage Loans which are subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Continuing Disclosure Agreement means the Continuing Disclosure Agreement, as it may be modified from the form on file with the Clerk of Council and signed by the Mayor and the Fiscal Officer in accordance with Section 6, which shall constitute the continuing disclosure agreement made by the City for the benefit of holders and beneficial owners of the Bonds in accordance with the Rule.
Confidentiality Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 6.3.
Existing Confidentiality Agreement means, collectively, the Non-Disclosure Agreement between FibroGen and AstraZeneca dated June 21, 2012, as amended February 7, 2013, and May 23, 2013, and the Non-Disclosure Agreement between FibroGen and AstraZeneca dated April 1, 2013.
Diversion agreement means a mechanism designed to hold a child accountable for his or her behavior and, if appropriate, securing services to serve the best interest of the child and to provide redress for that behavior without court action and without the creation of a formal court record;
Authorization Letter means a letter agreement executed by Borrower in the form of EXHIBIT A.
