Vessel Delivery Date definition

Vessel Delivery Date means the date on which the Vessel is tendered by the Seller to SFL Holdings, and SFL Holdings accepts delivery thereof, in accordance with the terms of the MOA and the Agreement to Acquire and Charter.
Vessel Delivery Date means the date on which each such Vessel is delivered in accordance with a Construction Contract and all of the requirements set forth in Section 8.15 with respect to such Vessel have been complied with to the satisfaction of the Administrative Agent.
Vessel Delivery Date means the next Business Day following the delivery of the Vessel from the shipyard.
