VGF Grant definition

VGF Grant means the grant payable by the Central Government under and in accordance with the Scheme as setforth in the Guidelines for Financial Support to Public Private Partnerships in Infrastructure notified by the Finance Ministry on 12.1.2006 vide O.M. No. 1/5/2005-PPP and as referred to in clause 2.1 of this Agreement.

Examples of VGF Grant in a sentence

  • The rights and remedies of the Concessionaire in the VGF Grant, including in any balance thereof awaiting disbursement to the Concessionaire, are set forth in their entirety in this Agreement and the Lead Institution and the Concessionaire shall have no other rights or remedy against or to such VGF Grant including in any balance thereof awaiting disbursement to the Concessionaire.

  • Date of Grant means the date on which the granting of an Award is authorized, or such other date as may be specified in such authorization.
