Examples of Vicious dog in a sentence
Vicious dog complaints shall be investigated pursuant to section 2557 of this Title.
Vicious dog means a canine or canine crossbreed that has (i) killed a person, (ii) inflicted serious injury to a person, or (iii) continued to exhibit the behavior that resulted in a previous finding by a court or, on or before July 1, 2006, by an animal control officer as authorized by county ordinance that it is a dangerous dog, provided that its owner has been given notice of that finding.
Vicious dog: to menace, attack or bite a person without provocation.
Vicious dog (a dog that attacks without being provoked) running loose (danger to the public).
LANDLORD can do this if, in LANDLORD’S sole judgment, TENANT has: Left the pet in the UNIT for an extended period of time without food or water; Failed to care for a sick pet; The Pet is a Vicious dog as defined above and is a threat to the safety of any person; or Permitted the pet to defecate or urinate in the Unit.
