TRUTHFULNESS- This event contract submitted by Member has been an inducement for Wildewood Village Association to rent the premises to Member.
Each and every Village Association =South Bay, and the articles of Incorporation, Bylaws and Rules and Regulations thereof, shall be expressly subject and subordinate to the terms and provisions of this Declaration.

The Ashlar Village Association has no legal or contractual right to direct or operate Ashlar Village or any portion thereof.
In the event any damage or violation to the Lodge property exceeds the $75.00 cleaning and security deposit fee, the balance will be assessed to you by Sunrise Village Association.
Contractor and subcontractors shall be responsible for any and all injuries or damage to any persons or property, including loss of human life arising directly or indirectly from or in connection with work performed or to be performed under this agreement, and shall hold the developer and the Mountainside Village Association harmless of any and all loss or damage from such injuries, damage or death.

If member fails to do the above items, the Sunrise Village Association may cause such work to be done at member’s expense.
