Plat of Subdivision definition

Plat of Subdivision means the schematic representation of land divided or to be divided.
Plat of Subdivision means a subdivision proposed by a developer who owns the real property being subdivided, or is acting with the consent and on behalf of the owner.
Plat of Subdivision shall refer to the plat of subdivision of The River's Edge Estates of public record in Xxxxxx County, Georgia, as may be amended from time to time, and shall include the plat as to any additional real property as may be annexed to the Development in accordance with the provisions hereof.
