Single License definition

Single License means a non-exclusive license of the MC Software that Customer or End Customer may install on one Instance and use in the manner specified in the Order Form.
Single License means the Customer is granted a non- exclusive right to install the Software on one (1) Instance and to utilize the Software thus installed in the manner specified in the description of the Offering and, where applicable, in the CoL (see "Type of Use").
Single License shall entitle Licensee to use the Follow-Me Software on a single computer at a time, for an unlimited number of users. A transfer of this Follow-Me software license from 1 computer hardware to another computer hardware needs to be requested at Follow-Me B.V. so that the license can be adjusted for this new hardware.
