Single License definition

Single License means a non-exclusive license of the MC Software that Customer or End Customer may install on one Instance and use in the manner specified in the Order Form.
Single License means the Customer is granted a non- exclusive right to install the Software on one (1) Instance and to utilize the Software thus installed in the manner specified in the description of the Offering and, where applicable, in the CoL (see "Type of Use").

After expiration (1460/730 days after delivery), the functionality of APROL remains unchanged but the right to updates and upgrades as well as telephone support expires.
