Virtual Hearing definition

Virtual Hearing means any hearing scheduled to take place on the Disclosing Party’s video/telephone conferencing and livestreaming technology platform during the term of the Project and which is undertaken as part of the Receiving Party’s Examination process.
Virtual Hearing means a court proceeding where the judicial officer, court staff, parties, and attorneys simultaneously appear and participate through the use of virtual meeting technology from different physical locations.
Virtual Hearing means “virtual hearing” as defined in RSA 541-A:1, XVII, namely “an agency public comment hearing for rulemaking held only electronically and which provides public access to participate by electronic means pursuant to RSA 541-A:11 and RSA 541-A:19-a.”
