Visiting Member means any person who has been admitted as a Visiting Member in accordance with Clause 21.

  • All expenses incurred in The Club by a Visiting Member must be paid with cash coupons or approved credit cards unless the sponsoring Member has made satisfactory arrangements with the General Manager to secure payment of all expenses of the Visiting Member.

  • Upon approval of his or her Visiting Member application, the Visiting Member will be issued a temporary membership card, which he or she will be required to produce when using Club facilities, ordering food and beverages, products, or services, or when requested to do so by any member of The Club’s staff.

  • Visiting Member Service Exclusions: • All the terms and conditions, exclusions and limitations that apply to covered Services in our Service Area, will apply to Services received as a visiting Member in a different Kaiser Permanente Region or Group Health Cooperative service area.

  • The Management Committee may recommend, accept or approve any individual to be a Visiting Member on such terms as it thinks fit.

Related to Visiting Member

  • Initiating Member shall have the meaning provided in Section 15.2(a).

  • Participating member means a member who is required to make mandatory contributions by the applicable retirement act to his or her health reimbursement account.

  • Designated member means the spouse, child, grandchild, parent, brother, or sister of a deceased individual who owned an interest in a wholesaler, who is entitled to inherit the deceased individual's ownership interest in the wholesaler under the terms of the deceased individual's will, or who has otherwise been designated in writing by the deceased individual to succeed the deceased individual in the wholesaler's business, or is entitled to inherit such ownership interest under the laws of intestate succession of this state. With respect to an incapacitated individual owning an ownership interest in a wholesaler, the term means the person appointed by a court as the conservator of such individual's property. The term also includes the appointed and qualified personal representative and the testamentary trustee of a deceased individual owning an ownership interest in a wholesaler.

  • Voting Member means a Member holding one or more Voting Shares.

  • Faculty member means any person hired by the college or District to conduct classroom or teaching activities or who is otherwise considered by the college to be a member of faculty.

  • Disposing Member is defined in Section 4.1.

  • Owner Representative means that Person or Persons designated by Owner in a written notice to Contractor who shall have complete authority to act on behalf of Owner on all matters pertaining to the Work, including giving instructions and making changes in the Work. The Owner Representative as of the Contract Date is designated in Section 4.9.

  • Exchanging Member means a Member that Exchanges some or all of its Units.

  • Lead Member shall, in the case of a joint venture, mean the member of such joint venture who shall have the authority to bind the contractor and each member of the Joint venture; and shall be deemed to be the Contractor for the purposes of this Agreement; the Lead Member shall itself undertake and perform at least 51% (fifty one per cent) of the total length of the Project Highway;

  • Seller’s Representatives means Seller’s accountants, employees, counsel, environmental consultants, financial advisors, and other representatives.

  • New member means a person first employed on or after Septem- ber 1, 2005, including a former member who withdrew retirement contributions under Government Code 822.003 and is reemployed on or after September 1, 2005.

  • Managing Partner means Geodyne Production Company, a Delaware corporation, and any other Person admitted as additional or Substituted Managing Partner pursuant to Article Six of this Agreement.
