You must receive all covered Services from Plan Providers inside our Service Area, except for: • Emergency Services • Urgent Care outside our Service Area • Authorized referrals to non-Plan Providers (as described in Section 2) • Visiting Member Services as described in Section 2 Exclusions and Limitations: Exclusions and limitations that apply only to a particular benefit are described in this section.
Visiting Member Services Limitations: • Access to Services in the visited service area will be subject to availability at the time you request the Service.
The Visiting Member agrees that these Terms are subject to change at the discretion of the Home Company.
In case the Home Company changes the provisions of this Agreement or the Service, the Home Company shall notify the changes to the Visiting Member through BonusLink Mobile App or updates on the website.

Member further acknowledges and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Visiting Member and guests against any and all claims, damages, costs and other expenses including attorney fees, for personal injury, property damage, or any such other claims arising out of the use of the Residence by Visiting Member and his or her invited guests, unless caused by Visiting Member's gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
