Vix Representative definition

Vix Representative means the person who is responsible for administering this Agreement on Xxx’s behalf, as set out in the Contract Details or updated by notice in writing to the Customer.

Vix Representative means the person named in Exhibit 4, or notified to the Customer by Vix from time to time. Vix Update means any Update to the Vix Mobility Platform or the Solution created by or on behalf of Vix from time to time. Update means any alteration or addition, including any enhancement, upgrade or fix to the Vix Mobility Platform or the Solution. Upgrade means a major version upgrade of any Software which provides a significant change or addition to functionality.
